Delivering culture change through effective communications


Challenge: To promote the principles developed through the staff engagement programme so they become part of the culture of the organisation.

Our Solution: You’ve heard the term ‘a picture says a thousand words’ so could we add to the principles through illustrations or paintings? Could we continue the engagement theme and get staff to create them? Yes we could.



We then took these works of art and used them in a small wallet sized leaflet issued to all staff and suppliers and made them into canvases or ‘wall art’ to inspire and inform both staff and customers.

The continued involvement of staff meant that the principles had added meaning. At a special presentation meeting the staff involved talked about their art works and explained the symbolism behind them. The level of creativity shown in this project by the staff was amazing- we loved it!
