Artists don’t just create art they: problem solve, are curious, see things differently, go into the unknown, break rules, take risks, develop new perspectives/ create new genres, fail and learn constantly, are vulnerable and courageous, are creators and their own critics, think big picture and fine detail simultaneously- can you see the similarities with leadership?
This programme is for people tired of traditional leadership courses. Here we take the learning experience into an artist studio setting. We will use art, individually and in a group, as a way of mastering the softer skills of being an effective leader and working more effectively as a team.
The programme includes: Developing a visual language- a way of communicating without words; Experimenting with colour; Free drawing; Collaborative painting; Creating abstract works of art
No previous art experience is necessary as you will guided through the process by Art Freedom Coach, Prith Biant. This creative space is a laboratory to experiment, explore and discover.
