Creative Project Portfolio

Below are a selection of creative projects I have facilitated. They include: walking up mountains; painting a picture of innovation- literally; re-thinking how a charity may generate their own income rather than rely on public funding and a culture change project.

01

A Team Away-Day with a difference

Working together to create something that they could only do as a team, something that represented who they were and what they were about.

Read how this team came to produce this painting as a metaphor for their work.

02

Superdrug - Hight Street retailer

At an away day the Superdrug Team explore creative thinking skills and then moves on to consider what innovation means to them as a team and an organisation.

They use 8 different canvases, which together form a complete picture, visually communicating their defintion of innovation and creativity.

03

Designing a Customer Focused Culture

I facilitated an engagement programme to develop customer service principles for both staff and tenants. This project won a the organisation, Cardiff Community Housing Association, a national customer excellence award.

04

Income generation ideas- charity

Cuts to funding streams mean charities have to ‘think outside the box’ if they are to survive. I helped one chartiy think through options to ensure stability and growth.

Prith brought energy andcreativity into our internal discussions and our work towards a stronger enterprise and fundraising culture. Pleased with Prith as our choice, and would work with her again in the future.”  Chris Jones , Chief Executive, Care & Repair Cymru
