Creative Team Sessions
Sometimes you just need to do something different with your team. Something inspiring, fun, creative, inclusive that will bring them together that bit more.
These are hands-on painting and drawing sessions designed around a theme or focus that’s meaningful to your organisation. No artistic experience needed. Just the chance to step away from screens, make something with your hands, and connect with colleagues in a way that a meeting room rarely allows.
Every session is designed around you. Your people, your theme, your day.

The Big Bold Painting Challenge
Working from a simple group of objects, everyone is encouraged to interpret what they see in their own unique way. Being bold and expressive is encouraged and there is no right or wrong in what people create. Think colour, energy, and expression.
You’ll be surprised what people can do with a few simple techniques and the courage to let go.
A session that builds creative confidence, gets people out of their comfort zone and creates space for new kinds of conversation. An element of mindfulness may also creep in.
Time: · 1.5–2.5 hours
Collage as Conversation
Using magazines, textures, and found images, people work in small groups and create collages around a shared theme. This might be a vision for the future, a challenge, or simply what their work means to them.
A surprisingly rich way to surface different perspectives and spark conversation that wouldn’t happen in a meeting room.

Values Made Visible
Teams explore what the organisation’s values really mean to them, not as words on a page, but as images, colour, and feeling.
Working in small groups, people are encouraged to think visually and create a painted response to the values that shape their work.
This session encourages conversation, use of metaphors and collaboration to create something they can all sign up to.

Your Team on Canvas
Using photographs of your team as a starting point, we simplify to silhouettes and add colour to create a gallery of bold, characterful portraits. People are encouraged to consider the strengths and different personalities within the team and how they might reflect that in their choice of colours and how they dress the silhouette.
It’s personal, without being personal. You could use your corporate colours to make it something that fits easily within your office interior. A team experience and original wall art.
Painting and collage · Half day or full day
Paint a Masterpiece
Working from a famous painting, perhaps a Picasso or a Matisse, each person or small group takes on a different section of the whole. Communicating throughout, the team is challenged to recreate the masterpiece together.
It’s only when the team put all the component parts together and step back that they see what they have created.
They also realise that no individual could have made it alone. It had to be a collective effort. Hang it on the wall afterwards as a reminder of the experience and the value of working together.
