In the summer of 2015 I was invited by Insights HR to speak at the prestigious Wales Millennium Centre. The title of talk was ‘Creativity, Connection and Flow.’
As part of the talk, their were several activities allowing people to sue their creative muscles in different ways:
- making something from nothing- clothes out of broadsheets,
- taking on new personas and creating collaborative ventures
- playing with colour- free painting
Added to this I shared some theoretical insights into creativity.
One question I like to ask is ‘What are your personal blocks to creativity?’
