In autumn 2017 we worked Superdrug who were putting together an innovation team and wanted to support people in this new role.

Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager a programme was designed that looked at: how creativity happens; identifying opportunities for innovation and a range of creative thinking techniques to develop new ideas. The day proved to be so useful and we ran another session for a larger group!

The second session also included a wider discussion about innovation. The group were then asked to develop their own definition/ understanding of the term and to then illustrate it

A staff group of 30, they shared ideas and condensed them down to just 6 words.  In small groups they were then given canvases, paints and collage materials to create a visual representation of each word. To add to the challenge, the six visuals created would have to work together as a whole.
